The top is caved in........door side wall in caved in. I sure hope the adjuster totals it when they come out tomorrow. I don't want it repaired. This storm happened in Hanover, Va. at 2:30 pm yesterday.......straight line winds. Seconds before both trees came down we had hail hitting our sun room so hard it broke panes of glass. I really won't know the extent of the damage until the tree is lifted off........I haven't touched anything until the insurance folks show up. The car next to it had the windshield smashed.

First offer came back from Geico based on CCC Value Scope pricing way on the low side. Even the adjuster said he was going to speak with someone and said he called CCC and expressed his displeasure with their offer. He explained depreciation......I understand that also but it doesn't depreciate 40-50 percent in just over a calendar year in pristine condition(sic). He said he would call me again on Monday.

Hope it works out. I agree, the offer is ridiculously off.
