I seem to have a little water seeping up from the seam at the edge of my shower in my Freedom (2318g). It had some antifreeze in it so I know it must be coming from the pipes below (nothing in the shower itself). Any ideas?
Also, I really never want to use the inside shower or toilet. Anyone know if there's a valve to shut water off to this side of the plumbing?
Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I very much doubt there is an isolation valve in your system you will have to shut your pump off or shut down city water. Why not use the equipment installed? Back to your question you will have to follow the lines and see if you have a fitting weeping pull the shower control and check the connections at the valves.

Why did you buy rv?? If you are not going to use shower and toilet you could purchase a rv without those items for a lot less $$$, like a 'roo' or popup
Could also be coming from P-trap as usually they are filled with antifreeze during winterizing. There have been other reports of lose couplings on drain fittings. I would check this first as this could be a simple fix.

X2, check the easy things before you start to disassemble stuff. Pour some water in the drain and check the pipes. Run the water and check the supply lines ect.

We have the same popup. Just inside the door is a small access door that will allow you to take a look at the "faucet" connections on the backside of the shower base. It is quite possible that those connections are a bit loose. Thankfully, you can hand tighten them. There could also be a crack in one of the lines, but you should be able to see most of the plumbing from that access door.The p-trap on this model actually sits below the floor and can be seen under the trailer. We discovered water on the floor of our PUP and traced it back to a loose connection on the water pump. Not the same place as yours, but I wouldn't be surprised if you found a loose connection based upon our experience.
I had the same exact problem with my shower. It is the water line connections to your faucet. Simply hand tighten them and it will resolve your problem. You will have to check the connections regularly as they loosen due to being plastic.
