Suburban Furnace in PuP not working

Recently opened up camper to begin preparing for use, when turning thermostat on, nothing happens. I began troubleshooting with making sure gas was on and turned on stove burners to run gas through the lines. I'm also hooked up to house power and everything else seems to operate correctly. I've read other threads and Im beginning to learn what makes the furnace work. Other threads mentioned that the furnace makes noise or the fan engages, but absolutely nothing happens when I raise the thermostat all the way up.

Suggestions?

Make sure the thermostat is set to Heat. Check fuse in electrical panel.

When you turn the thermostat up the fan in the furnace should come on then you will her the igniter try and light the burner. If the fan is not turning on I would check the breaker on the front of the furnace. If you take the cover off (if it is like the one I had in my PUP) you should see a breaker make sure that is on. I would turn mine off at the breaker just to make sure the furnace would not turn on with the roof down.

Could it be you did not flip the switch when you enter the pup to provide power?

The light switch on the left as you walk in? I think it was off, I'll try that.

My thermostat's on/off is on the temp slide, all the way left has a distinct 'click' to turn off.

Yes. That. I think it is a bit of a fail safe.

btw. I am so freaking jealous. I am anxiously awaiting the warm weather and for the snow to melt away so I too can open it up and start work also.

Found the problem

Found the problem with furnace; 1 set of wires had come undone. Opened side access panel, checked 7.5a fuse, and there they were looking right at me. Twisted them together, put a new wire nut and away we go.

Thanks for all the suggestions, i did them all and I'm smarter for it.
