Angry Tenting coming untucked at roof line

I have a 2013 Flagstaff 227 Mac and am having a problem with the tenting coming untucked from the track at the ceiling. It's is the area above the window by the fridge.
The dealer told me that is normal for tent campers. They told me to just lower the camper a little, tuck the tenting back into the track, and raise the camper fully.
That is easy enough to do, but I don't think it's something I should have to do every time. This is a new camper!
Isn't this more of a faulty track/channel than 'normal' for a new camper?
Anyone else out there have this problem? Suggestions?
Thanks!
Not a happy camper

I have a HW277, this is our 4th camping season. At an RV show, the salespeople had set up their HW displays with the main side wall tent section removed (made it look open and airy), so I know it is easy to remove the tenting. I have had the tenting come out of the roof line only once. It was the main side wall over the sink. I just tucked it back in (but that was after the gap allowed about a gazillion stink bugs in - man it took along time to get them buggers all out). It has not happened again, but I do keep an eye on it.

Do they use this cheap plastic trim held in with screws?

If they do, I'm not surprised it's coming out. I had them send me 40 more of the white screws!
