Somebody might be able to help, if you were to tell us the make and model of both the toilet and the RV.

If you have a Thetford C2 Electric Cassette toilet take a look at this Parts Drawing on Thetford's website. It shows the location of a 3 Amp fuse, Part Number 23, in the bottom of the toilets base.

I would never have believed there was a fuse in a toilet...

Did it work before?

RedLdr1 - I'm passing on your link to a friend that had trouble setting up her cassette toilet.

Yep. Just follow the diagram and you will be all set. I have done it before and it is a fairly straight forward repair. It can be a bit tricky getting in there and working as the space is tight but you should have no problems.

Make sure you free up the pump propeller as this is most likely the reason you blew the fuse in the first place. No point is going thru the repair only to have to do it al over again. lol.

Good luck.

I bough the trailer used and used it just once and the toilet wold not flush. I used the shower water to clean the toilet. At the moment the popup is covered in snow as I live at 9,000ft. I'll guess I'll wait to spring to investigate.
Thanks everyone.
