Top Rail Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the rails that go along the length of the roof of our Rockwood Freedom 1640 popup? (image attached) The adhesive under the roof skin has started to separate and I'd like to re-adhere the roof but I can't figure out how to get those rails off. The center insert doesn't appear to come out. Wondering if there's studs on the inside? I took a quick look but didn't see anything obvious from the inside.

Thanks in advance,

Remove the vinyl insert in the center. Underneath are screws. You can buy new vinyl insert online or most RV dealers. You may trash the aluminum also because it will/should have butyl tape underneath and can be a real bear to get loose. Do it in the sun on a warm day, that helps.

Where is the separation occurring? If just at the edge, a strip of Eternabond tape along that seam may be an easier solution.

Thanks for the info. I'll order up some new vinyl and get after it.
I wonder how the heck they fold the ends under the rail like that. Seems pretty tight.

Thanks again.
