Turn signals & brake lights

I just brought home a 2006 Forest River model 2280. Its turn signals and brake lights don't work, but the running lights work. The pigtail cable had been patched so I cheked it and it seemed ok. I dont think its a fuse as the running lights work. It has a six pin plug that goes into the pup. Any Ideas before I take it in for repairs.
Thanks

You didn't say but late model trucks have separate trailer fuses then the truck.
It's possible for the marker lights to work and the turn and stop do not as they are separate circuits.

Since the camper is used it's very possible that the bulbs are bad as well.

If the cord has been "patched" I'd be tearing into that to.

Still possible.

Check your owners manual for trailer fuses.

have you checked for the appropriate power on the vehicle plug end?

Check your auxiliary under hood fuse box- just to the right of your master cylinder.

Check fuse 1, 6, 7, 8 & 9

Thank you Honda Man. I did not know I had 3 fuse boxes. In the small secondary fuse box under the hood there it was, a blown 7.5 amp fuse. Will get some fuses tomorrow. Will keep you informed.
Thanks
