Unit specific manuals

Got my 2012 banshee B2 a few weeks ago. We had an "orientation" but the guy who showed us how everything works, learned more from me than I learned...( and I don't know sh!! about campers)

Long story short... The manual that came with the unit is not very helpful AT ALL, as it is a generic palomino manual. Is there anywhere that I can find something like a shop manual or layout diagrams, so I can see where everything is and in detail how thing work?

I'm looking for something kind of like a dirtbike shop manual, but for a tent trailer...

They generally don't exist or aren't provided to the public.

So, not even a basic one that shows locations and on board fuse location, etc?

X2 - we got the same plain vanilla manual with our Silverback FW. One of the few useful pieces of information it did contain was how to decifer the VIN.

I developed a good working relationship with the FR person who handled their warranty work and he sent me a lot of pertinent technical information and manuals.

He now works for a FR competitor.

We would all love to have a manual specific to our rigs. Unfortunately we all end up building one in our heads after making discoveries, mistakes, and talking with our forum friends.

Keep in mind, most of our rigs are built in factories by craftsmen who are so busy building these rigs, they haven't got time to sit down and do drawings and manuals.

I just know you had a smile on your face when you posted this - I know I had one after reading it.

Take a look at the Library here on this forum. Its in the green menu bar towards the top of your browser. Lots of good stuff there on your appliances, converter, systems, etc.

As was said jokingly (but true nonetheless), we each have to develop our own "manual". I have mine cobbled together in a huge binder and on my iPad.
