I do on occasion, just a swallow to wash down a pill.

Walmart has an 'RV' section that has the hoses you want. As stated before, get a water pressure regulator for the water hose in the same 'RV' section.

I do on occasion, but I fill the tank with a potable water hose; after sanitizing it. I don't camp in places where there are water hookups.

I drink the water all the time. I don't filter and clean my water system to buy crappy and expensive bottled water.

I suppose I swallow a little when rinsing after brushing my teeth.

Good one. The reason I asked was because these days some people put a whole lot of emphasis on the quality of water they drink. I use the water from my faucet to make coffee, so yea I drink it also.

If you are the type to use only bottled water then it really doesn't matter what kind of hose you use as your supply line. You can save a few bucks that way.

I do, but never went camping in the States so can't compare.
But here in Ontario, it's the only water I drink while camping, and at home also !

I personally do, but the wife doesn't. She usually has water bottles. But she is that way at home too. She is from the country where she is used to filtering water and I am from the city where I am used to drinking it out of the tap.

I usually fill the tank at home unless I know how the water is at the campground. But I do drink and make coffee from it.

We do and have for 15 years.
Also use a "green" hose.
