Water tank by converter

I am a little paranoid of using my water tank since it is situated so close to my converter. Has anyone ever experienced a leak in their water tank?

What model pup? And are you talking hot water tank? If so I use mine all the time but my pup is brand new.

I have a flagstaff 206 LTD. It doesn't have a hot water heater. It just has a 10 gallon tank and pump. The tank is located right next to the converter. Water and electricity don't mix so I am a little concerned about filling the tank. Any thoughts?

Does the tank remove? If so fill it n see if it leaks. Make sure to check ALL hoses n fittings end the pump. If it ever had water used in it im not sure id use it cause if the pups used you never know if it was winterized. You might just put a small amount of water like a gal and run the faucets but have towels and maybe a helper so you could watch the tank while they turn the sink on. If you only plan on using it as a hand washing n dishes id just use an outside water jug n pans.
