Typical RV issues. Good thing is that they are happy to fix everything. Mine came with a bowed roof, which they acknowledged before I took delivery, and replaced for me at the end of the season.
I feel like my HW296 is a great unit, but like the three other popups I've owned before it, there are a handful of little things that annoy, such as loose screws, mismatched alignments on canvas, etc. The quality of the components is fine, and this is the best camper I have ever owned, but it's the assembly that seems to be where the issues are.
