Weekend project

Here are parts of the fruits of my labor. Removed the 3 way fridge and installed a dedicated 120V model. (pics later when I get trim finished).

Ended up with a spare LP line. Hmm.. what to do. Ah-ha!! Get rid of that awkward portable stove rig and mount stove on countertop.

Another Ah-Ha Moment

The mounting of my stove in the counter top was complete. I now had a real nice piece of counter top just sitting there. Hmmm....I won't be using that goofy plastic mount for the stove anymore so I took the bracket from it that is used to mount it on the side of the camper. Mounted it on one of the long sides of my spare piece of counter. Found a real neat folding bracket on Amazon. Mount it on bottom of the counter piece. Add a nice big rubber foot to the bracket to prevent scratches. Add rubber feet to the corners of the piece of counter top.

Result? I now have a small work table to use next to my sidekick grill. Added bonus is that it also will fit right over the top of the sink inside giving me more counter space to use while cooking. The rubber feet fit down around the sink keeping it from sliding when I use it that way.

Nice work! I'm looking forward to seeing how you trimmed out the replacement fridge!
