Weight limit for beds
Despite several issues with the dealer, I am the very proud owner of a 2017 2280bhesp!!
The dealer didn't have a clue. Does anyone know the weight limit of either the queen or king beds? If not where I could find it?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I don't believe I have ever heard of a posted weight limit on the beds.

Most popup and hybrid beds will support 1000lbs.

Thank you very much. I've been trolling around no I've seen nothing that is remotely consistent. I've seen anywhere from 500 a 1500 lbs, that is just a huge gap.

That 1,000 lb limit sounds like it should be in the ball park. 500 just wouldn't cut it for some folks and 1500 sounds like overkill.

It will hold me at around 200 and my two dogs (total over 245) with not notable sags or groans. 
However, not much room to move around.

All this brings back memories...
DW and I were checking out an off road pop up at an rv show a few years back. Sales lady comes in and we are chatting about this and that. We all move to the rear and lean out over the back to check the beds.. When THE WHOLE THING TIPS BACK! we all start falling towards the rear trying to clammer towards the front as the sales lady goes flying into the bed, DW hits to floor and other sales people outside start grabbing for the tongue! Lol..
Any ways, moral is make sure the stab Jack's are down when the bed is deployed and might be used...

When I had my Fleetwood pop-up the weight limit was 1100 lbs. That was king size beds. Your probably in that area.

When I bought my Roo 183, I asked the dealer that question. They said "more than 1,000 pounds". But they weren't able to show me any supporting documentation.
We usually have about 450 pounds on our bed (I won't tell you what the split is between my wife and I, lol). We've never felt any sagging or anything that felt like the beds were being strained.

Hard to believe a dealer would be stupid enough to even open a Popup with out first putting the jacks down first !!! Years ago when we owned a Popup we put the jacks down and leveled as soon as we unhooked !!! Before we ever opened it up !!! I guess no one got hurt ???

No one was injured, just got a good laugh. You give the dealers to much credit... These are the same people that will insist a 20,000lbs FW can be pulled with your 1/2 because it is only 15,000lbs empty...

My DW did that years ago. She pulled PUP to CG in rain, poring when she set it up. Got inside to dry off and fell asleep on rear bed, her GF got there around 8 pm and sat on the same bed, hitch flew up refer came open, everything all over floor. I got there at 10:30 pm and we all had a good laugh. Needless to say we had scrambled eggs for breakfast next morning. We still laugh about it after 20 years.

We witnessed something similar at a campground about 20 years ago.
We were set up for the evening when just after dusk, a family pulled in next to us with a PuP. I didn't pay much attention and after our campfire died down, we hit the sack.
Next morning I got up about 6:00 AM to walk the dog, looked over and sure enough, the front end is about 15' in the air and the rear bunk touching the ground.
Not a single stabilizer/jack deployed.
You could see the outline of several people bulged up against the canvas. They were all asleep!
About 8:00 we heard a crash (came back down to earth) and within a few minutes they all strolled out the door and started cooking breakfast like nothing ever happened!
We still laugh about that today.

LOL !!!
I did that once in a cargo trailer,,, I thought I had enough weight in the front of the trailer,,, NOT !!! From that point on I carried a pair of Jack Stands !!!

I do believe that if you can physically fit on the bed, it'll hold you. Two 500 people are not going to fit on a queen. but it will physically hold them. It's never been a concern, and I used to go a slim 390.
