Hi I was under my HW296 and noticed two zirks fittings on the track that all four cables go to. What grease do I use? Any general purpose grease? Wheel bearing grease? I can’t find anything on it. Also how much do pump in? On most applications with a grease zirk you pump till you see it come out somewhere. And finally dies it matter if I grease it with it up or down. I assume the trolley that the cables connecting travels on the track in there?

You don't say what year your RV is, but here's a thread that goes through the process pretty well. All the pictures are missing but the text does a pretty good job of explaining it.
In the text it says to use high pressure lithium grease.
