I think that your local RV supply store
will be able to serve you well with this matter

or maybe one of the following

do most Forrest River dealers stock a model specific patch kit? My local Forrest River dealer was not sure such a thing existed. I will call back on Monday to speak with the actual parts guy, but wondered if they existed.

You might also try a local sporting goods store or Walmart or some other retailer. I have bought patch/repair kits there for sleeping mats and tents over the years. Work just as good.

I tried several patches that would not stick to the vinyl. Heard a lot about the Tear-Aid Homeand tried it. Been working great for 2yrs now. Use Type B for vinyl.

I was out at Camping World yesterday and saw some clear vinyl repair tape made for repairs on awnings, should do the trick for your repair. May be worth checking out.
Good Luck

A couple of campers ago, the wind blew my awning over the roof and it ripped on the TV antenna. I used the roll awning repair tape (it is clear and about 3" wide) in the RV section at Walmart. The tape never came loose and it never leaked. I put the tape on both sides of the rip (about 2' long), using a cutting board from the kitchen to give me something firm to press against when I applied the tape. I applied it on a sunny day and let the awning get heated up in the mid day sun to make the glue adhere better (at least in my mind), worked like a champ.

local dealer had the tear-aid patches. they do not make color specific patches for these. so i used the tear aid. hopefully it works well. bought several extra to have around.
