When you replaced it did you use the same winch or just buy a whole new one of the same?
I also like maybe taking it to a motor repair shop.....my problem is that the motor overheats (no resistance on the top though) and it pops the Short Stop relay, it cools and then will continue for a little more. The only problem is that little motor.
