Do I need to pump the antifreeze in or do I have a water pump? I'm assuming I don't have a pump and will need to do it manually.

That is mine, I do not know if your unit has a like system but it may.
Water heater by pass valves are on the backside of the WH look to the inside of yours to locate them, under a seat or bed or in a cabinet.
