I have shown in conformation for 16 years. As screen name indicates - English Setters! I pretty much stay in Texas unless it is the national or a specialty with good judges.

Yes! I have owned and shown Bullmastiffs since 1990- attending shows in CA, OR, WA, ID, MT and used to go to Mexico shows as well (driving the motorhome was pretty memorable there!)

We initially drove a 34' motorhome, downsized to a travel trailer and now save even more gas with the A Frame. There's always a good number and mix of RVs that stay on the showgrounds so I'll keep my eyes open at the shows for those FR stickers!

I own and show Ibizan Hounds in Alabama, Florida and Georgia primarily. Have been showing for around 22 years. Going to the Cherokee Rose cluster in Atlanta in a couple of weeks. I also work as a ring steward at most of the shows I attend.

We travel with our lab/border collie mix siblings and needless to say, are not show dogs. But if there is ever competition in excessive drooling, eating while laying down, chasing butterflies, loud snoring, how to beg without really begging (my girl is a pro) or how to take up a whole king bed so mom and dad can't sleep, please let me know
Would have loved the agility part of training, but unfortunately, mine had arthritis and hip dysplasia very very early.
Have met many RV'ers on the dog show circuit...love their stories..and dedication.
Safe travels.

We follow our mini schnauzers at the shows in the north east. Heading to St. Louis in May for the National Specialty.

We showed Havanese in conformation for a few years in the NC, SC, WV, GA, TN area. Had to stop due to conflicting work schedules. We loved camping at the shows especially Charleston, SC and Hilton Head. Kind of miss it.

I show Boston Terriers. I travel many states and is one reason we got our Sunseeker. B (Boston Terrier) believes it is her RV and just allows us to use it. Traveling and living in the RV for dog shows is so much easier and less stressful on the dogs....I just love it!

I have Aussies. I used to compete in agility and frisbee, until I had my daughter. Hoping to get back into it on a part-time basis... in between shuttling kids around and camping trips. I miss competing.

Same with us

We have a 1 1/2 yr old German Shepherd Dog that our daughter shows in 4-H. She has just started her in agility. I don't think we will be showing at any trials though, dd just doesn't seem interested enough to practice enough to get the pup off leash.
