Deer have been known to kill dogs, FYI. They kick and stomp with their hooves. Not pleasant. Best to keep good distance between your dog and any wildlife, for your dogs sake.

Out and loveing it

the one year old deer just wanted to say hi. It walked away about 20 feet and bedded down for the day along with 5 others also have a wolf mix that didn't even care he has seen them before .Deer come in our camp all the time along with all sorts of so-called wild life they know when its safe for them.We talk to our dogs and wild life like you do a people. We have even had deer come into camp and lay down. We do not do camp sites very offend an that's why . I'm 58 and never had a problem with any wild life .Maybe its me don't know use common sentence and stay calm just be your self .Sorry if you miss out when a deer come and lay down next to you or takes walks with you and the dogs. Every one knows what not to do .My wife says its my voice, maybe I don't know.p.s. skunks don't always listen. And no not everyone should do what I do ,Its been this way all my life with bear to all kinds of birds .

If we couldn't take our Golden with us we'd sell our RV. Sophie goes everywhere we go.

We took our Golden, Zoe, on every camping trip.
She loved camping and was very well trained. Only barked when someone knocked on the door.

Biscuit is 9 and I can't keep her out of the truck when I start carrying anything that might have a little campfire smoke smell to it. Lucy is 3 and has readily adapted to the camping life.

They seem to love the new Toy Hauler patio almost as much as my wife does.

Biscuit who is a wonderfully obedient dog who I can walk with the end of the leash stuck in my pocket followed me out to the porch when I was packing the truck. I made the mistake of opening the rear door of the crew cab and she jumped in and would not come out until I actually walked over to her and pulled on her collar to get her to step out. She just knew I was going to leave her behind even though She's never missed a trip since she was rescued 9 years ago as a 2 month old puppy.

This is how my three girls (Llewellin Setters) relax at the campground. They would much rather be hunting or running through the woods, though. Getting a picture of all three of them stationary at the same time like this is a rarity.

Lol it’s hard to get scale in the pics, in some they look like Italian Greyhounds (tiny) and in some they look like full-size greyhounds!
But I’d guess whippets?
Adorable anyhow!
