You bring a BGE camping! It's all I can do to push mine around the back patio.

This is our new girl Ruby. We have now had her 2 months but when this picture was taken we had only had her 3 days and this was her very first camping trip. She handled it like a pro.Click image for larger version

This is my Abby girl (full name: Abigail von Wufflesnoot) in chillax mode at our 4th of July get together. Notice she is a very proper lady, and sits with he legs crossed in a very demure way.

One of the teenagers at the party took a picture of her with that stupid "dog face" filter on snapogram or whatever the hell its called.

I don't quite understand the reasoning, but it made for a cute picture.

No sir. She is an Australian Shepard. 99.9% the same as a border collie. Same temperament, same intelligence. About the only difference is colors, and Aussies usually have a naturally docked tail. Abby only has a little stump, but she wags her whole butt enthusiastically to make up for it.

She's sure a beautiful dog.

I had an australian shepard when I was a kid. She was a blue merle, and one eye was blue and the other eye was half brown and half green.

She used to drag big clumps of grass/dirt clods from the field into the yard. Her treasures. Every morning my grandma would haul 'em to the fence and chuck them out of the yard - by the next morning Sweet Pea would have them all back in the yard. LOL

Thank you. We had a blue Merle, Katie. 14 years old and we had to put her down last year. Aussies need a job, and if you don't give them a job, they will select one on their own and do it for you. Obviously, Sweet Pea selected "Grass clod fetcher"

Katie used to take anything not bolted down out thru the doggy door and deposit them in the back yard. Not really hurting it, but more times can I count, I had to go out to the yard to retrieve the television remotes, my wallet, shoes, the occasional kitchen tool, and once an entire cast iron skillet, even though there is only one way that it would fit thru the doggy door, and even that required going at an angle and then twisting it.

Abby is one of the best dogs I have ever had. She requires no leash, as she listens better than most kids. I will let her range a little on walks, but a single "c'mere girl" and a pat on my leg, and she will stick to me like glue until I give her a "go on" with a shooshing motion.

Tim
