Absolutely Positive Review
I have read numerous complaints about Forest River and some of the selling dealers regarding customer dissatisfaction regarding the dealings with one or the other.
Just returned from our selling dealer with our out-of-warranty 2014 Crusader 295 RST. We had a soft area in the floor right around the heater vent at the end of the island that was really soft. I asked the dealer if he could contact Forest River and see if they could or would repair it. The selling dealer's service manager videoed the defect and sent it to his contact. That was on Tuesday. They replied to the dealer on Wednesday stating they would in fact cover almost all the cost. The dealer informed me that the balance not covered by Forest River was going to be covered by the dealership. I was shocked since I was prepared mentally that the repair was going to be responsibility.
The repair was completed professionally and better than new. My hat goes off to Forest River for standing behind their product and the entire team at Campkin's RV Centre in Myrtle Station in Ontario.
