After Sales Service

RVReady Temecula, Ca. Purchased a 2017 Forest River Travel Trailer.
Have to say that they provided an excellent Financial Solution.
But after the sale, well I think they are really missing where the money is! Parts! Called them for a Porch Light Lens. Response; "Yeah well we're out of those". I said "do you want to take my name and number and call me when you have them?" "Oh sure". Four months later, well I've already gotten them from Richardsons RV. But I still haven't heard from RVReady. I'm just thinking that there must be a large net on the parts? Right? Well I'm wrong.

Customer services has changed through the years. Now-a-days you have to do a lot more of follow up and hand holding. Glad that you got the item even if it was another place.
