A big thanks to Orvan Fry of Amish Family RV. We were in need of some warranty work before heading south for the winter. He was able to work our unit in within a couple of days. He is absolutely top notch! His facility was bright, clean and his work and relationship with the customer was fantastic! We will definitely refer to him as well as return should we need work done in the future. Also a big thanks to Henry Sears and Nick Hale of Cedar Creek. They both have been very helpful in the past few months with information as we are first time Cedar Creek owners. Henry was instrumental in getting us in touch with Orvan. Keep up the good work!

Glad everything worked out for you, we were in the same boat. I called on Oct 1 to schedule a few small items and one kinda big issue a broken black tank cable. Figured plenty of time as we don't leave till right after Christmas. Was surprised when dealer said ok let's schedule you in can you drop it off second week of January 2017? Told them we leave in Dec they did not care nor would they work us in. Found a mobile repair tech that came out with in two days and had everything fixed with in two weeks. Just found our new every time repair person.
