Avoid Windy Nation for Solar Components

This is the first company I have found on the internet where the customer is always wrong. Their ordering system is broken. I tried to place an order for half an hour and gave up. I ordered somewhere else. Then days later I got an email from Windy Nation saying my order had shipped. No conformation, no conformaton email. No progress email. No courtesy, just attitude. They would not apologize for the mix up or offer a solution. Other people have had similar bad experiences with "customer service." Avoid this company, there are so many good ones.

If shipment arrives via UPS or Fedex just refuse it. Call your credit card company and tell them your issues and you're contesting the charges.

It will tick Windy Nation off but oh well.

Hi Mike, Package came to my rural mail box so I could not refuse it. I did not know there was an order in place until it was shipped. I will just give the extra material away. Now they are sending harassing emails. Avoid this company.

I ordered a pair of 10 Gauge Solar Panel Extension Cables from Windy Nation.
Had no problem with the order. But that might be because I went through Amazon.

Very happy with Windy Nation equipment and performance, but as others have said, I purchased through Amazon.
