Awesome Dealer in Minnesota
In April 2015 we bought a new Sabre 5th wheel from a dealer out of state.
One of our concerns was getting warranty work if needed close to home. The dealer we purchased from said that they would arrange and take care of anything we needed to get to an authorized dealer near us. Just call them first to start the process. We did that and they found the closest authorized Sabre dealer to us and gave us their contact info. (we were already familiar with them too) You hear all the stories of people not being able to get warranty work or any kind of service done by a dealer they didn't purchase their camper from. Well, I have to tell you that we didn't have any of those issues. We recently took our camper in to have both the slides worked on and the sagging bathroom ceiling fixed. The main slide needed some pretty substantial fixing.
I dropped our camper off on a Saturday. On Tuesday afternoon I recd a call that it was done and ready to pick up! They showed me itemization of everything that was done. Gave me copies of it. Said it was all covered under warranty, that all the issues were factory issues. They said if we have any more problems to be sure and give them a call and they would look at things again any time for us. They were very friendly, courteous and customer service oriented. What a good feeling.
The dealer I am talking about is called Hilmarson RV in Little Falls, Minnesota. I cannot say enough good things about how they treated us.
They will definately get more business from us in the future. and I have already recommended friends to go see them.
