From the research I've done, I think the required yearly inspection scenario would go something like this:
1. Get required annual air conditioner inspection for $100.
a. Inspection identifies other things needed to keep warranty valid.
b. $290 to clean out AC unit and replace gaskets.
2. Get required roof inspection for $100.
a. Inspection identifies other things needed to keep warranty valid.
b. $300 to clean and seal roof.
c. $175 to caulk all roof seams.
3. Get wheel bearing inspection for $100.
a. Inspection identifies other things needed to keep warranty valid.
b. $390 to repack all wheel bearings.
c. $275 to bleed and adjust brakes.
Your annual inspection just cost you $1,830
