Very disappointed in service dept. 12 days and still no work done on unit. Needed 3 pieces of trim from tire blowout and can't get any answers. About ready to go get if and take it somewhere else .

depending on model year trim might not be available. in any case if you can get parts in less than 3 weeks from any manufacturer you are doing good.
