Camping World of Colfax, NC
This is our first TT and Camping World of Colfax, NC made the buying process easy and carefree. Ryan, our sales agent, was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions (and we had about 100!), and even shared personal stories of his camping adventures. Additionally, Jack, John, and Mike in the service department were extremely helpful during our walk through, and they even drove the TT to our home 80 miles away to deliver it since our primary tow vehicle was in the shop. Finally, Brian (Finance Manager) helped us with all the paperwork, and the experience was 15 minutes tops.. not the typical hours in other dealerships. I completely recommend all of them to anyone in the area and market for an RV, and we'll be back again. Oh, and the most important item, they were a completely no-pressure team. Gave us room to walk around, but always at an arms length if we had questions.

We bought our old Zinger tt from them. Sales did a good job and they did do a thorough pdi, I will give them that much. Service totally botched the wdh setup. They hooked the chains to the cams backward and attached them unevenly and at the wrong distance. Here is a quote from the ones who helped me get it setup right. "This is the worst install I have ever seen." Every time the tt went in for service we could expect a 3-6 week wait to get it back. If I started calling to check on it every couple of days then the work would magically get done. If not, then it just sat on their lot. One time they told us earlier in the week it would be ready by Saturday. We took them at their word and drove the almost 2 hours to them (we lived in Cary at the time). We get there and it wasn't ready. After talking to a manager, they agreed to deliver it. When they brought it to us, you could see how carefully they drove it. Things inside had been tossed around. The U dinette table had been thrown into the fridge and onto the floor. It was bent from this. Another time when we picked up our tt, we noticed a big dent in the right front corner. They had said nothing to us. When we pointed it out, the service manager was like oh, our service department is closed, here is how you can fix it or you can pick it up next week. We had a trip coming up so we took the $100 gift card he gave us, took it home and banged the dent out ourselves. We then recaulked the area. You could always tell some damage had been done.
My advice to you is to stay on top of them anytime you need work done. Learn who your forest river contact is (available on the forest river webpage). Call FR anytime camping world claims the delay is parts (more than a week) or waiting for factory approval. You will find the delay is usually camping world and not FR. If you do that you should be ok.
By the way, welcome to the forums and congrats on your new tt. Lots of help to 've had here, just ask and you will get tons of responses. Oh and check out the rally board as I am in the process of trying to organize a NC FROG rally for next year.

X2 Your ultimate repair experience (if ever needed & hopefully you won't) will depend entirely on how well your dealer handles it. Prompt and accurate communication with you and your manufacturer (if they need to) will dictate the timeliness of your trailer getting back to you.
I have found out that not-so-reputable dealers have to request authorization and send pictures to the manufacturers warranty dept. first. That can delay any repairs and the time you get it back. Other GOOD dealers who believe in customer satisfaction, will document (with pics) the issues, fix them and then submit everything to the manufacturer to get reimbursed. If they have a good reputation, they will get paid. If not, then guess what, you end up waiting because they won't touch it until they're sure they are getting paid.
Anyway, congrats on your new purchase.
