We made an appointment to get a Roadmaster Steering stabilizer ordered and installed along with an oil change w/ Cworld in Raleigh. I made the appointment for 10 days ahead to allow time for the parts to arrive.
1. I got a call 4 days in advance to let us know the parts were in and they were ready for us.
2, I was told we could dry camp in their parking lot the nite before our first thing in the AM appointment.
3. When we arrived late Sunday (5PM) one of the managers saw us in the lot and told us to drive around the the loop road where they had 5 50amp spots...to plug in, put the levelers out and roll out the slides. "No need to rough it!"
4. After a good nights sleep we dropped off the keys with the service rep 1st thing who walked the exterior of the coach with me for damage claim avoidance or documentation and by 11AM everything was done to our satisfaction. We had them wash the coach too since I don't have that ability in out storage area...that took a couple of hours to schedule and do...but it was done well.

All in all an excellent experience. Don't know how they would do with more complicated stuff...but they were overwhelmed with business and phone calls as I sat there listening in the morning and it seemed the only limit they had was how much they could get done at one time. Appointment in advance advised strongly!
More important to me was the customer service attitude both to me and to the people I listened to as they responded to other customers.
Nice job CW Raleigh....I shall return!
