Have you gone to the GoodSam Forum and posted the problem in their service thread. It may do some good or not but it doesn't hurt to try.
Also, Marcus Lemonis supposedly has a direct tell Marcus email:

Whether it helps or not could be debatable but worth a shot if you haven't already.
