I would not recommend explorer USA in Texas. They will not stand behind what they sell.....

Yes, to start with I ordered my 5th wheel from factory, I asked for duel pane windows and I got single pane. I have contacted the salesperson and the manager of the dealership and after a year I still do not have the windows. That was $5000.00 out of my pocket. I have also contacted them about repairs, and they will not even return my calls or emails.

So buyer beware.

Just my .02, If it didn't come in exactly as I ordered it I wouldn't have even taken posession of the unit.

Well we were living in a Rv full time, didn't have much of a choice at the time..

But your right my fault, but if a dealer is going to do something like that, I would not recommend them to anyone else.

I purchased my fifth wheel from the explore USA dealer in canton, tx.
Sales process was not very pleasant.
Am taking the trailer back to the dealer in mid November for a couple of minor warranty issues and some damage repair due to recent blowout.
I'll report back on experience.
