Giant Recreation World, Winter Garden...

We traded our 2010 CC 36RE for a 2015 CC 36CKTS during the prep work I ask that Max Air vent covers be installed, this was not part of the sale agreement and I knew I would have to pay for them. When I got the bill it was in my thinking very high. They not only charged me high for the units but labor and clean up and throw away cost, had to pay to throw away the boxes they came in. I was taken back by this but was told we have a business and have cost. I ask that the manager please call me about this but to date he has not returned my call. It has taken them over three weeks to get me my tag information and do payoff of old unit. When we had the prep walk thru the lady who was doing it did not even know how the remote worked the slides, jacks and had to contact someone else to explain it. We found some small things and was told "that is the way FR does it now". We did take the unit to their Melbourne, FL store and got these things fixed, they seam to know a little more about the unit. Over all I am not impressed with Giant Recreation and would advise someone to get everything in order before leaving or signing anything.
