We bought our 2015 Sierra 34CK in August of 2015. It's family owned so everyone is really nice and take the sale to a personal level. We had a small amount of warranty work the first year. This year after camping was done in November 2016 I took it back for state inspection, winterizing and to have them take a look at my awning. Just in passing I showed them a spot in the cap paint. The head service tech said something doesn't look right. Called me a week later and said he was in discussions with forest River and they were gong to repaint the entire cap again. FREE and 3 months out of warranty. They also repaired the awning for free too. Great service from Haydens and Forest River!!

Haydens RV does great work and are very nice. They covered my hail damage by replacing the roof and awnings. Also body work and paint. Fantastic job!
