We had a very positive experience with our purchase of a XLR Hyper Lite 29HFS. We purchased on site (not over the phone or internet). Our salesman (David) was very professional, and knowlegeable on the units we were interested in seeing (and he took us all over their lots to check out different trailers). He answered all of our questions plus offered information that we didn't even know to think of asking (we are first time TT purchasers). Our walk through went well and all problems found during the walk through were fixed right then. David has even followed up with us to see how we are enjoying our new toy hauler. We are very satisfied so far with our purchase from this company and everyone we have interacted with.
