Just wanted you all to know what a stand out group this is. As we were loading our Evo 2850 to head out for our rally at Calico Ghost Town our AC died. Started to take it apart myself and realized it was a bigger job than I could do quickly. So first thing this morning, I showed up on their service drive and explained my crisis. After listening to me, Ed took my keys and had me drop trailer. 2 hours later they we finished installing a new unit! Holy crap! I didn't expect to be first-just to be done today! They put a tech right on it and I was home by 10:30.

I know I am a happy camper and they can make you happy too!

I've always been treated very well by JWRV. It's the only place I would buy or have service done. They are one of the few businesses that know how to treat people.

Great to hear good things about a dealer. IMHO So much negative

news but so little good news appears.
If you in the Ringgold GA area close to Atlanta GA try North Gate RV great prices great people to deal with.

Do they provide a bottle or Red or Black as well? Great news a dealer does this type of call quickly instead of the wait 4 weeks and we might get to it.

Funny...a few weeks ago they had a grand re-opening that I went to. Met the Wildwood rep who I would see again when we did the Hemet rally this year with the factory tour. Anyways, they had a raffle for 2 3Liter bottles and missed winning by one.

Well crud. Just called Johnny Walker hoping to get some service done over the next 3 weeks and they're booked solid until Nov. 18. By that point, we'll have just left Pahrump and are headed towards California.

Oh well, I tried.

Monday night we'll put the camper in storage and stay at a hotel. We fly out early Tuesday, 10/26 and get back on Monday, 11/9. We'll head for Pahrump the next day.
