Positive: Kamper City, Ohio

We found Kamper City at an RV show in Cleveland. We had not looked at their dealership prior to this. They had the new line of East to West and my wife fell in love with the 25KRB. We ended up meeting the owner at the show who was very nice and helpful. They ended up giving us the best trade and deal as well. They took a lot of time to explain the camper and all the features. We then went a week later to pick up our camper at the dealership and Michael the owner did all the paperwork and was very helpful. The walk-thru was good as well.

We notice when we got it home and began to do our own inspection that the camper had a couple things missing that the one at the show had. I contacted the owner Michael and they are taking care of all the issues. I could have asked for a better transaction and follow-up.

The dealership is not as nice as Camping World or General RV, but the sales transaction and service has been great. They also do not charge freight and prep. And their prices are not beatable.
