I need to share my experience with Keystone RV Center. I bought my Sunseeker from a far away dealer and needed a little work done. I contacted Forest River and they directed me to Keystone. Some of my work was warranty and some wasn't. I called and dealt with Karen and Jon. I was asked once if I purchased my RV from them. After I said no, it made no difference at all. They made me feel like they valued my business. They worked around my schedules and there was no waiting games. Upon arrival every employee that passed by greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation. The prices paid for non-warranty work was fair and reasonable. If they were only a couple hours closer, it'd be perfect.

We just purchased our used Rockwood Roo from Keystone. We live over 1,000 miles away so did everything over the phone and mail. They even face timed with us to view it since we did not see it in person. From the start to the end it was a great experience. The delivery person (hired via U Ship) brought it to us and it was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great price and customer service.

Insurance Work

Well, I'm here to sing the praises of Scott Cline and his service crew at Keystone RV once again.

Had to replace *again* the awning on my Flagstaff. This time I didn't hit anything. But, with an email to Scott, things got rolling. I pulled in to Keystone right at 8am yesterday morning (scheduled appointment), dropped the trailer and waved bye-bye! Got a phone call shortly after noon and was advised the trailer was ready to be picked up. After exchanging the usual stuff, we were headed back home to Western MD just after 1pm.

It doesn't get any smoother than that!
