Kudos to Camping World of South Alabama

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.
I know that Camping World gets a bad rap, but the service at this particular location has always went above and beyond for me and has exceeded my expectations.

I have had our RV in there on two different occasions for the A/C to be replaced and the first time it took about two weeks for them to diagnose, order and install the unit. The second time it went out (no fault of CWoSA) I took it back and left them no hard date when I needed it back. I told Janice (the service writer) that I'd just say 'as soon as they could get to it'. A little more than two weeks later she called me a said that our RV was ready. Keep in mind that this was a few weeks ago (the busiest part of the season).

On a different occasion I dealt with the OEM parts department and the service I got from Brandie was just as exceptional. I called in an order for some cabinet doors for our RV and she ordered what I told her I needed very quickly. There was a problem with the first ones (partially my fault), so I told her that I would come down and help pick out the doors. I went down there and sat in her office where she and I went through literally hundreds of different styles, colors and sizes of cabinet doors until we found the ones I needed. She ordered them as I sat there, and it took about three weeks for them to come in. I went back and picked them up and they were exactly what I needed.

I've had several email communications with both of these ladies and they've always answered in a very timely manner.

Kudos to;
Janice,
Brandie,
The service techs,
and the rest of the staff at Camping World of South Alabama.

You've done a wonderful job for me.

I have a pretty good relationship with Camping World in Dothan also. I deal with the same service rep each time, ask that my unit be worked on by a tech I have know for 20 years and deal with the same parts rep each time. They know me when I come in the door and treat them as friends which I have found always goes a long way. I also let them know I knew how to repair things but no longer had the desire to do so.
