Lazy Days Seffner Florida

Purchased my 2016 Georgetown 378xl motorhome from Lazy days. Noticed slides were sticking out about an inch and i was able to but my fingers in the bottom and slide them the entire leanth of 2 of the 3 slides on my coach. Brought it back to Lazy Days. They had it for about 5 weeks, called me and told me my coach was done. When i arrived they did not correct the condition. I argued with their service manager to no avail. He even called out his expert slide service tech, who told me he spoke with the factory and they are correctly set. This past summer we booked the Forest River factory rally in Goshen Indiana. I put the slide issue on my list of items i wanted repaired. Two techs came to the rv, not more than 20 years old, with a screw gun and socket set. In less than ten minutes the slides were perfect.told them about lazy days and the could not believe how they could outright lie to me. Recommend any purchase or repair from any dealer other than lazydays. They sell you a bill of goods, are your best friend until you buy. Then they could care less......i highly recommend the frog rally in goshen ind., they will repair or replace anything wrong with your unit, FREE....and its a fun week at the rally

We purchased a Geortown GT3 on August 30 with known warranty issues. Left unit on Dec. 13,, 2017 and it is still there waiting for minor work to be completed. Would not recommend their service department. Poor communications as request for updates are rare without my contacting Lazy Days. I will not return after this.

Funny. I have taken our rig to Lazy Days in Tucson, AZ numerous times when it was under warranty. We did not buy from them. They fixed our problems quickly and were great to work with. They have one of the best service reputations in the area. I usually avoid dealers like the plague and get service from independents, EXCEPT for when we are in Tucson. Then I enjoy dealing with Lazy Days. Just another perspective from the western side of things
