Nolan's RV in Denver

Awesome experience. Wind in Kansas ripped off skirt and part of side fender on our Roo 21BD and took out the solar plug leaving the hot wire exposed and dangling. Closest dealer opened on Monday was Nolan's RV. We had planned to cut thru mountains at Colorado Springs and camp en route to Grand Junction. Thinking best case scenario was we would spend the whole day there, we camped at their entrance to be there first thing at 8a. We were out of there in 1 hour with a new plug drilled in to the deck frame. We did not care about the skirt and fender and will address that when we return from our 3 month trip to SW from MD. That was our 3rd day into the trip. They also found another potentially dangerous issue. Those skirts and fenders are attached to flimsy brackets. Apparently new units come in missing these parts during transport from similar situations. If you lose those brackets, the fenders can bend in and shred tires. Yikes. Thank you Gary and Judy at Nolan's RV for going above and beyond and helping us out.

Fantastic experience for us at Nolan's as well. Needed an oil change on the road, they got us in next-day (my requested time) for a service *and* investigated our newly broken bedroom slide (happened the night before). They didn't do the repair due to our schedule, but they told us what was wrong and documented for our warranty-chase. We couldn't have been more pleased. In, serviced, and out in under 2 hours with one day's notice. Wish we lived in Denver and could call them our home dealer!
