Purchased my EMC-HW50C about 6 months ago. Just got around to installing it last weekend. After install it had a constant e9 error. Called them Monday. They said it was just the data cable to the display. Sent new cable and display without question, got it yesterday. Installed new cable today and all is well now.

I've used a 30 amp on my RV for about two years. Got condensation behind the sight glass, then it started humming. I called customer svc. They asked a few questions, asked for pictures of plug, and receptacle. Within a few days they contacted me told me there was a new one in the mail to me. Didn't even have to send the old one back, just discarded it. Now that is customer svc. That is a company that stands behind their product.
