I've used a 30 amp on my RV for about two years. Got condensation behind the sight glass, then it started humming. I called customer svc. They asked a few questions, asked for pictures of plug, and receptacle. Within a few days they contacted me told me there was a new one in the mail to me. Didn't even have to send the old one back, just discarded it. Now that is customer svc. That is a company that stands behind their product.
