Positive: Rousseau's RV

I have to give an A+ to Rousseau's RV in Lakeville Ma. I had an appointment to replace my front bunk door on my Roo. Dropped it off Saturday Afternoon for a Monday Appointment. Called me up at the end of business and said it is ready for pickup. WOW! And, they worked with FR and the Roo factory to have it shipped in a camper to save several hundred in freight.

On a side note, the 233S that it was shipped in was an inventory item for them. Arrived on Tuesday (saw it as I passed by on my way to work), and by Wednesday when I wanted to look at it, it already had a deposit on it.

Great news, nice dealers doing great customer service! I would imagine that more good RV dealers exist than bad RV dealers. We just hear many bad stories here.

We too use Rousseau's, for everything. When we got our brand-new 2013 RV in March of 2013 it had more things wrong with it than right, including a hole in the floor under the bed were the water tank is 8 inches long and 3 inches wide right through to the ground. Not to mention cabinet doors falling off, kitchen draws that couldn't open as they hit the cabinet doors. I had a list a mile long and they worked with coachman to do it all under warranty as, it was brand-new.
We called RV dealers all around and was told because we did not buy from them we would be put way down on the bottom of their list. We called in March the bottom of the list was in September the earliest they could take us. This was New Hampshire dealers Massachusetts dealers. Coachman said they couldn't help us because they didn't have any warranty dealers in the area. After numerous calls all over we found Rousseau's. God bless Rousseau's. We are now faithful Rousseau's customers.

We just took deliver of a 2018 Rockwood 2909WS. We were very happy with Rousseau’s. I highly recommend them.
