I read here all the time how many dealers wont service units bought else where. We purchased our Hemisphere in Hamburg NY. Wasn't getting a good feeling on some warranty work from their service manager. I called both dealers here in Erie PA and Ray Wakley's said they would be more than happy to do the work. Scheduled it in and all was taken care of in about two weeks. The people there are very friendly.
