Can't help you with info on Travel Mor in Ottowa, but have you priced the same camper through places like RV Wholesalers or RV Direct and importing into Canada? It's a vey easy process now and you'd be amazed by the amount that you'd save, especially with the Canadian dollar near parity. Well worth a look.
Bought mine there. Tough to work a deal with but fantastic follow up service. They stay with you all the way. They actually came to my driveway to do a repair & it's 56 miles away. Who are you dealing with?

Family owned business. Mary & Goldie are Mom & Dad, Melody is daughter, Moe in service is somehow related & Jen in parts & service is Moe's daughter. As stated, great service. If you are able to work a good deal more power to you. They are the only Rockwood dealer within about 3 hours & they know it.
We just pick up our 2011 minilite 1809s there a few week ago and i can tell you that you wont regret buing from this dealer. They are very friendly and they will not push you in the shopping. You can buy in full safety i can tell you you wont regret. After service is top of the line.
