2013 Puma 295KBH 5th wheel

We are very very happy with our Puma 295KBH great quality and love this floor plan we went the premier package and it well equipped
Purchased from RV Wholesalers and what a great price worth the trip .... But RV Wholesaler service was great unit pick up unit!
Make sure everything that is discussed with your salesperson even emails must match the purchase and sales agreement!
We had emails verifying specific equipment between us and they would not honor that ..
The walk through was rough , the had a young (very) service person give me a walk through and did not cover all of it but there Scott their service manager was great and jumped in

But the Puma 296 KBH 5th wheel is great and could not be happier , we hauled it back to Massachusetts 830 miles and towed like a dream !

RV Wholesalers great or I would say the best and in match pricing...but make sure all discussed is transferred to your purchase and sales agreement ....

All the surround entertainment center is great. Bit more than I expected with Bluetooth wireless allowing you to play music from a smart phone is genius!
Allowing you to play pandora, iTunes ect. Or answer a call via audio speaker( that may not be a good idea)
Besides it reads bus storage / storage cards .... It's really great and the sound isn't bad, not Bose but great camping !
Great job Forest River!

Wink

I am in the process of buying a new 295kbh from the wholesale place near Columbus, Ohio.We are being told that we can expect to receive the unit in 4 to 5 weeks. Does that sound reasonable? Also I am being told to order the awnings for over the slides. Does anyone have experience with these. I no sure if they are worth the 1000.00.

Thanks for all you help

Hello
The ordering time was more like 7 weeks if I remember correctly! The awning over the slide outs in my opinion keep leaves sticks or anything else that might fall in there while camping ..
I don't have them , I climb on the roof and broom off the slide out before closing !
It wouldn't be a bad thing to have!
We love our puma 295kbh .., outdoor kitchen is awesome .. Good luck

I just ordered a 385bh (July 10th) and was told the same 4 weeks. I find that hard to believe.
Slide toppers are a must in my opinion. I had one without and I always had to clean leaves and pine needles out of the camper. Well worth the $1000. The ones installed by the manufacturer are much better than aftermarket.

The very best thing toppers do
1. Act as an awning during rain and a Sun umbrella to help deflect the heat on roof of slides

Hey Christopher Columbus..... Maybe you could shed a little light on the delivery time? I know you can't make any promises but a more accurate ballpark would be nice.

Thanks in advance.
