2015 Palomino Solaire Uncomfortable Sleeper Sofa

Our sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable. When the sofa is in "sleeper" mode, the cushion end is elevated, rounded and hard. The remainder of the allegedly soft part is lower towards the rear of the RV.

We added a 2" Memory Foam mattress topper to no avail. One person won't sleep well, two people won't sleep much.

Does anyone know of an inexpensive solution? We are thinking of a "spacer" to make the cushions all the same level or just leave it in sofa mode and pack an air mattress.
