2018 Puma 39PFK questions

My first question is where are the low water drains on this thing? just got it last month and with 3 people underneath it we could only find one drain under the fresh water tank. The weird part about this camper is they delivered it with all 3 tanks filled with water. dont know why but black and grey were easy to empty and fresh was once we found that drain. Winter is coming upon us and I want to make sure low water is drained.
Second question is it has a Drive dvd/bluetooth/soundbar in it and I cant find anything on how to set it. Everything works fine but the bass of the sound is so deep that you cant understand alot out of it. nothing on unit or remote to change settings. Anyone have input on either questions?
thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. There was water in the tanks because the dealer did a leak check prior to delivering the unit you. Keep looking there should be two pipes with caps extending down for the low point drains. I know nothing of your sound system.
