2018 Puma 39PFK solar question

I have a Park model 40 foot camper that has a residential fridge in it so has no gas backup like a camper. It is parked seasonal and during the next to last month of camping (between our weekend visits there) we lost power for 4 days. In the meantime, we lost all food in fridge and freezer. Im looking for solar to have kick in as back up when power goes out and nobody there. Puma says prewired for solar but know nothing about it. Can anyone help?

You're going to need at least two 6v golf cart batteries to run it for 4 days, being kept charged by the solar.

Why does he need solar panels? Just buy the golf cart batteries and let the shore power keep them charged up. Then when the power fails the batteries will kick in for the refrigerator (of course you will need a small inverter also).
