295bhss puma

Hello, this is my first post here.

We are currently looking at buying a puma 295bhss that has the rear door. We are looking to potentially add a hitch on the back to tow a small trailer and wonder if this is possible with the door and step in the back. Does anyone here have this model and do this?

Thank you in advance,

Check out this thread: Curious if anyone else has a Puma 295BHSS with outside kitchen

On the second page, one of the members, kteamracing, says they have added a hitch to theirs and use it to pull a double jet ski trailer. I am not sure of the details and the strength of the mount, but I am sure they would be happy to share that with you.

Hello. We have a 2011 295kbh... I wondered about pulling a single jet ski behind mine too. I think I decided not to... I would like more storage and considered moving the spare underneath somewhere and adding a box on the rear for extra storage. I would have to manufacture a new frame mounted "assym" to hold the box(maybe 75lbs total)

Still a little scared of the "aluminum foil" frames
