I ordered a 295RL about 2 weeks ago. I have read about the soft floors and I did talk to Andy from Columbus who said that as of last September the flooring issue had been taken care of. What other issues did you have?

Thanks

Hi there fellow 320RS owners.
I'm looking to see if any body can tell me why the turbine plumbing for my black water tank goes up to the shower area then back down to the black water tank. Also, I'm adding a couple more turbines to the black water tank and the one that's down in the black water tank pocket now doesn't seem to do much good.

After delivery in September, got the unit home and then notice the front cap had started delaminating on the upper half of the cap. It was very had to see unless it was right in the sun. The only good side was that the manufacture did replace it under warranty. This was our most serious issue aside from a dozen other quality issues that I repaired myself.

I have a 295RL that we picked up back in Sep 12'. We love it. The truck that I was pulling it with was a 2500HD short box truck. I have a slider hitch, but never had to use it with the columbus, my last camper I did. I just bought a 3500HD and have yet to hook up my camper to it. I bought a 3500 because I would have been over weight cargo capacity with the 2500, so I went with the 3500. I do not have the generator, but they are propane and run pretty quiet. Send me an email and I can tell you more. syencer1@msn.com

Columbus puts a check valve up behind the shower wall. That is why. The only way to access it is to remove the shower faucets and it is right there. I learned this over on the Columbus FB page where I found pics of the check valve
